I love the excitement of new journeys, don't you? When working with UN agencies and NGOs (e.g. UNDP, UNOPS, Oxfam, Greenpeace) for around 15 years, I enjoyed drafting and crafting the documents that helped launch initiatives, create change, facilitate decisions and record progress. If I can be the arms or legs for your new journey, I'll be in my element!
From living, studying and working in 19 countries. I know what it’s like to operate in the wealthiest and poorest places, the largest and tiniest organisations, and the fanciest and simplest offices. These experiences have made me open-minded, respectful and able to appreciate different perspectives.
I enjoy practising permaculture and grow as many edibles as I can on my small roof terrace – tomatoes, carrots, peppers, salad, nasturtiums, potatoes, strawberries. A lot of my work comes in via word of mouth. To show appreciation to my clients and support larger causes, I donate €10.00 for any successful referral. It may not sound much, but the donations accumulate. Charities I've supported are Apenheul Natuurbehoudfonds for their conservation work in Madagascar, Hope Spring for their clean water projects in West Africa, and Ol Pejeta Conservancy for their rhino protection in Kenya.
